A festival for the entire family, with three days of continuous fun and free entertainment at the Capital Plaza Complex in historic downtown Frankfort Kentucky.
Exploding with Rumble on the River, the Fireworks display Saturday at dusk. We'll have foods from pork chops and gyros to finger foods and homemade fudge and a wide variety of juried arts and crafts on display.
